Return & Replacement Policy

At Kaz Family Gifts, each item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom-produced after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or customer-entered mistakes such as wrong names, dates, images, or shipping addresses.

However, we want every customer to receive their order in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review the issue.

To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify the item.

Please review all personalization, sizing, color choices, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to make it right.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement. If reshipping is possible, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We may ask you to check with the carrier, household members, neighbors, or your local post office before a replacement can be reviewed.
